What you’ll receive

You’ll receive a PDF preview for quick sign-off, the editable source files (Doc/Slides or a SharePoint/Notion layout), and a short distribution snippet for Slack, Teams or email when it makes sense.

What we need from you

We need your draft or raw notes (we don’t gather content), any brand basics you have, your preferred tool (Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Notion or email) and any must-include links or disclaimers. Once we have payment and complete inputs, the five-day clock starts.

How it works

Day 0

You send the short form. We reply with the exact scope, a fixed price (usually €450–€650) and a payment link.

Day 1

We start after payment and complete inputs, confirm your delivery date and get on with the work.

Day 3

We run an internal review and, if needed, send one or two short questions by email.

Day 5

We deliver: PDF preview, editable files, distribution snippet (where relevant)

Within 7 days. You have one revision round for minor changes and corrections.

Scope and guardrails

Included. Restructuring, formatting, tone alignment and scannability. One distribution snippet for update-style items. One revision round within seven days of delivery.

Not included. Writing from scratch, interviews or content gathering. Multi-asset campaigns. Complex charts beyond simple tables or basic visuals. Translations unless agreed.

Size limits. Updates supplied at ≤ 800 words. Final one-pagers delivered at one page plus a short summary. Onboarding mini-pack = one email + one page + one checklist.

Service levels. Standard delivery is five business days from payment and inputs. A rush lane under three business days is sometimes available at +20%.

Pricing and payment

Most First-Week Fixes fall between €450–€650. We confirm your fixed price within 24 hours of receiving the form.

This product is 100% upfront. For EU B2B we apply reverse-charge VAT where applicable.
