Starter Pack

What this is

Starter Pack is a fixed-scope project that gives your team a clean, reusable communication system. We map your tools, agree a simple rhythm and provide ready-to-use formats so updates are easy to skim and onboarding is predictable. Everything happens asynchronously unless you prefer a short call.

Who it’s for

This is for teams who already write their own updates but want a shared way of doing it: clear templates, a rhythm everyone recognises and a home where things live. It suits start-ups growing beyond 10–15 people, SharePoint-heavy teams that feel messy and any group that wants structure without big change programmes.

  • A PDF preview of each template for quick sign-off

  • Editable source files (Doc/Slides; SharePoint or Notion layout where relevant)

  • A usage note on each template explaining when and how to use it

  • A rhythm overview you can pin in Slack/Teams or host on SharePoint/Notion

  • A short handover note with file locations and naming

What we need from you

  • Two to three sample messages you already send (good or bad — both help)

  • Your tool stack (Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Notion, Google/Microsoft)

  • Any brand basics you have (logo, colours, fonts)

  • Any must-include links or legal wording

  • A single goal for this pack (for example: faster onboarding, fewer clarification questions, better consistency)

We do not gather content or run workshops by default. 

How it works

Day 0-2

You submit the form. We review and email you a scoped outline with the tier recommendation, fixed price and timeline.

Day 3-5

We confirm your inputs and start building the system once the deposit arrives.

Week 2

You receive a full preview (PDFs + example files)

Week 2-3

You give feedback. We apply two rounds of revisions within scope, deliver the final files 

After delivery — You can continue on a Retainer (Credits) if you want ongoing formatting support.

Copy gathering or interviews, large campaign strategy, complex data visualisation, translations, stakeholder workshops. (All can be quoted separately if needed.)

Pricing and payment

  • Essential €1,200 · Plus €1,800 · Pro €2,500

  • Payment terms: 50% to start, 50% on final delivery (projects under €600 are 100% upfront)

  • VAT: EU B2B reverse charge where applicable

  • Rush lane: occasionally available at +20% if timelines are tight

FAQs

  • Do we need meetings? No. We work asynchronously by default. If a call would genuinely help, we can do one short call.

  • Will you write our content? No. You provide the words and message goals. We structure, format and polish.

  • What if our SharePoint is messy? That’s fine. Plus/Pro include a clean welcome page and a simple structure so people know where to start.

  • Can we swap items between tiers? Yes, as long as the overall scope stays the same. We’ll advise the best fit.

  • What happens after the Starter Pack? Many teams move to a Retainer (Credits) for on-demand formatting with a three-day SLA.

  • What if we’re very small? Consider the First-Week Fix to start. If you like the result, we can roll the value into a Starter Pack.
