When people talk about “culture,” they often describe perks.
The flexible hours. The wellness days. The Slack emoji reactions.
But real culture isn’t built from benefits. It’s built from how people communicate under pressure and whether they trust the messages they receive.

Culture isn’t just what you say. It’s how consistently you say it.
In fast-paced or remote teams, culture isn’t always shaped by shared lunches or Friday socials.
